WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE IN YOUR COTTON CANDY?
Ingredients: organic cane sugar and flavor (organic dextrose and natural flavors). Unlike many other manufacturers we do not use any artificial ingredients, preservatives or dyes. We would never use an artificial color and we found that even plant-based colors can impart an unpleasant taste and stain clothing. Since our cotton candy is all natural, so is the color. All flavors will have an off-white color.
IF YOU DO NOT USE ANY DYES WHY ISN'T YOUR COTTON CANDY PURE WHITE?
That is a great question! We use only organic cane sugar, which is less processed than conventional white sugar. Because it isn’t fully refined, a small amount of natural molasses stays on the crystals, giving the sugar its warm golden or off‑white color. Conventional white sugar goes through additional refining steps that remove all the molasses, resulting in a bright white appearance.

IS YOUR COTTON CANDY HEALTHY?
Let's be honest here, even if you love cotton candy, you should not be eating it for breakfast lunch and dinner. As my mother always said - Everything in Moderation. It's a treat. However, when you do eat our cotton candy you can be assured that all of our ingredients are organic and natural without any color added. To put it in perspective, one serving of our cotton candy has 33% less sugar and 21% less calories than one can of Coke.
ARE THERE ANY ALLERGENS IN YOUR COTTON CANDY?
Our cotton candy does not contain any of the FDA major allergens.
The major allergens are: Eggs, Soy, Wheat, Milk, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Sesame, Fish, and Shellfish.
However, while there are absolutely no allergens in our cotton candy, we do manufacture in a facility that does use major allergens in the production of other items.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR COTTON CANDY?
There are a number of factors that determine the shelf life of cotton candy. Moisture and air are the two greatest enemies of cotton candy. We use heavy, recyclable (remove the labels), reusable, BPA free containers that act as a barrier to air and moisture. They cost us a bit more, but the best cotton candy on earth deserves the best containers, right? If you store the cotton candy in a dark, cool place it should have a shelf life of about 2 months, but once opened and resealed you only have a few days before it begins to shrink.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We believe in full transparency, so here is the situation. Shipping is one of the most expensive costs in running an online business, often exceeding the cost of manufacturing. We want to be fair, but we would also like to stay in business. We decided to charge a flat fee of $6.99 for shipping on all orders under $100.00. We think that is fair and honestly $6.99 does not cover the full cost of shipping. At $100.00 all shipping is free.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE YOUR COTTON CANDY?
Unlike other manufacturers, we make our cotton candy in very small batches, so we do not maintain a large inventory. We want our cotton candy to be as fresh as possible, so many times we are making it specifically for your order. Once you place an order, we strive to ship it within 3 days (or less). We are shipping from California. All our packages will have tracking information. If you have a critical timeline, please contact us using the Contact Us page and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unfortunately, because cotton candy is a food product we cannot accept returns for safety reasons. However, if you experience any problems, please go to the Contact Us page, enter your order number, explain the issue and we will do everything we can to make it right.
